1. Nature of Our Products

Most of our products and services, including astrology courses, consultations, webinars, ebooks, and downloadable resources, are delivered digitally.

Because digital products are accessible immediately after purchase, they cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical products.

2. Digital Course Purchases

Once access to a course has been provided, the purchase is generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

We encourage you to carefully review the course description, curriculum, and eligibility before making your purchase.

3. Free Courses

Our free courses do not require payment.

Therefore, no return or refund applies.

4. Consultation Services

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, please contact us in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability.

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in the session being treated as completed.

5. Duplicate Payments

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical or payment processing error, please contact us with the transaction details.

After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience genuine technical difficulties accessing a purchased course, please contact our support team.

We will make reasonable efforts to restore your access as quickly as possible.

Technical issues that can be resolved by providing access, resetting login credentials, or offering technical assistance do not qualify for a refund.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional situations, such as:

Duplicate payment successfully verified by us.
Payment processed but course access could not be provided due to a technical issue that cannot reasonably be resolved.
A payment was made due to an identifiable technical error on our side.

Approval of any refund request is solely at the discretion of Jyotish Adda after reviewing the circumstances.

8. No Refunds in the Following Cases

Refunds will generally not be provided if:

You have accessed or started consuming the course content.
You changed your mind after purchase.
You did not read the course description before purchasing.
You expected results beyond what was described.
You did not have sufficient time to complete the course.
You no longer wish to continue learning.
You are dissatisfied with astrology as a subject after purchase.
You failed to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend access to all courses, consultations, and related services while the matter is under review.
